Typically attracting over 1500 visitors, the Old Seminole Heights Annual Home Tour is among the most popular and well-attended home tours.

WIENER WERKSTÄTTE JEWELRYOn March 27, 2008, the Neue Galerie opens "Wiener Werkstätte Jewelry," with more than forty precious objects drawn from public and private collections. The exhibition will highlight masterpieces created by the Wiener Werkstätte between the firm's inception in 1903 and 1920.

Fairmount Historic District Home TourProceeds from the tour are the primary source of funding for Neighborhood Association endeavors. Recently, the association used profits from past Home Tours to help offset the cost of capital improvement projects such as installing period-style streetlights, replacing signs marking the boundaries of the Historic District, and enhancing area landscaping.

2008 Portland Bungalow ShowThe second annual Portland Bungalow Show will be held Saturday, May 17, and Sunday, May 18 at the Ambridge Center, 300 NE Multnomah St. The Show hours are Saturday 10-6, and Sunday 10-4. Additionally there will be a separately ticketed wine tasting and lecture at the Ambridge Center from 7-10pm.
